MRP 40300

The patented mobile metal recovery plant type MRP40300 is used to collect the input material directly at the place of use to sieve according to the customers needed grain size and to separate according to magnetic properties. The recovered scrap returns into the steel production process. The slag is reused as a secondary raw material for different applications.

MRP 40300
in Action

The MRP40300 was designed as a heavy-duty separator in order to be able to process problem materials with a high specific weight.

Fields of application

The input material is fed into the vibrating feeder by a loader or excavator. After screening into 3 different sizes the output material will be separated into ferrous and
non-ferrous material. The size of the output material is depending on the customers needs.
All kinds of slag
from steel production process
Treatment of old landfills
Metal recycling
Hard stone industry
Other difficult materials
The MRP is designed to work before crushing the
material or after the crusher ST01BB. The heavy duty
execution keeps all options open for the user.
